一、隐私政策的接受

本隐私政策（简称“政策”）系由您与江苏曙光华阳钻具有限公司（以下简称“曙光”）所订立的相关权利义务规范，用以描述曙光通过“钻柱计算-DSCalc”软件向您提供服务及您使用“钻柱计算-DSCalc”软件服务所涉及的详细规定。因此，请您于开始使用“钻柱计算-DSCalc”软件前，认真阅读本政策的所有内容，并充分理解本政策中各条款。

1.2 只要您开始使用曙光提供的“钻柱计算-DSCalc”软件，即表示您已无条件接受了本政策的相关规定及曙光就此公布的各项管理规定，并愿意受其约束。如果发生纠纷，您应自行承担事实上未认真阅读本条款的责任，不得以未仔细阅读为由进行抗辩。

二、隐私

2.1 曙光承诺将采取必要措施保护您存放在曙光服务器上的个人数据及隐私信息的安全。

2.2 除本协议约定的除外情况，曙光保证不对外公开或向第三方提供、公开或共享您的个人数据及隐私信息。

2.3 在以下情况下，曙光对您个人数据及隐私信息的披露将不视为违约，具体包括：

（1）曙光已获得您的明确授权；

（2）根据有关的法律法规要求，曙光负有披露义务的；

（3）司法机关或行政机关基于法定程序要求曙光提供的；

（4）为维护社会公共利益及曙光合法权益，在合理范围内进行披露的。

（5）曙光可能会与第三方合作向用户提供相关的网络服务或使用其数据收集工具用以完善自身服务，在此情况下，如该第三方同意承担与曙光同等的隐私保护责任的，则曙光可在合理范围内对您的信息进行披露。

2.4 在不披露您的个人数据及隐私的前提下，曙光有权对曙光整体用户数据信息进行技术分析，并对已进行分析、整理后的统计数据进行利用。

2.5 尽管曙光已为用户的隐私权保护做了极大的努力，但是仍然不能保证现有的安全技术措施使您的个人数据及隐私等不受任何形式的损失。您对上述情况充分知情，且不会因此追究曙光的法律责任。

三、账号注销及账号注销处理时效

3.1 您可以进入“个人中心”，点击“注销账号”来注销账号，请您仔细阅读文字提示，并在同意后开始注销。

3.2 请您知悉，账号注销处理时效为即时。我们将即时删除您的个人信息。

3.3 您注销账号的行为是不可逆的，一旦您的账号被注销，我们将不再收集您的个人信息，也不再为您提服务；该账号下的内容、信息等将会被删除，除非法律法规另有规定或监管部门另有要求。因此我们建议您谨慎选择注销账号。

1.2 As long as you start to use the software "DSCalc- Drill String Calculation" provided by Dawning, it means that you have unconditionally accepted the relevant provisions of this policy and the management regulations published by Dawning in this respect, and are willing to be bound by them. In the event of a dispute, you shall be solely responsible for not having read the terms carefully in fact and shall not defend against such failure.

2、 Privacy

3、 Account cancellation and account cancellation processing time limit
